Hamburg – Kiew – Japan – Zagreb – Yerevan

A longer journey first takes him to the Mendelssohn Festival in Hamburg before leading him to Kiev for a concert with the Ukrainian Chamber Orchestra. The program includes Arvydas Malcys’ concertante for violin and viola. Following an invitation to the “Le Pont” festival in Japan , he will then travel to Ako, where the NHK channel will shoot a documentary. Here he will concertise with friends including Daishin Kashimoto, Paul Meyer, Claudio Bohorquez, Nabil Shehata, Amihai Grosz and others. Yet another festival awaits in Zagreb with Susanna Yuko Henkel, Boris Brovtsyn, Thorlef Thedeen and Ian Fountain. At the end of the trip, Hartmut Rohde will play the viola concerto by Cecil Forsyth and the Concertante by W.A. Mozart in Yerevan with the Philharmonic Orchestra.
